DK

The implied probabilities on Signet were consistently 5-8% worse than three other places I checked during the UK election.

Maybe works for casuals, but anyone serious about value would notice. Even basic markets like majority/no majority had obvious juice baked in.

LT

Lost £750 when the IPO market resolved early—my confirmation email clearly showed the cutoff was end of trading day, but they used some arbitrary midday timestamp instead. Wasted two hours compiling timestamps before giving up.

DL

Spent 45 minutes hunting for BTC year-end price markets buried under memecoins and celebrity scandals.

Why can’t I just sort by trade volume like a normal exchange? The actual trading experience is fine but discovery needs major work.

C

Mobile app crashed every time I tried adjusting my $1500 IPO date position.

Had to switch to desktop where the interface felt outdated but at least functioned.

EC

Waited 11 days for my Oscars payout to hit my account.

My old brokerage settles trades in 2 days max. Love the markets here but can’t recommend until they fix this glacial withdrawal pace.

LC

Promised better Fed rates pricing than bookmakers.

Showed me the same nonsense probabilities with extra steps. Wasted three hours cross-checking their claims.

D

Market on that tech IPO closed fine but withdrawal took four whole days.

Customer service kept saying it's processing, super frustrating.

MV

Expected professional-grade technical indicators for space launch trading but got stuck with basic line charts.

No volume profile, no custom timeframe overlays, no way to compare correlated markets. Might suit casual traders but useless for serious analysis.

LS

Bought shares on Signet for a celebrity announcement market that later got reinterpreted in a way nobody trading could've predicted.

Terms should lock definitions at creation.

LR

World Cup market resolved correctly but Signet held funds for 72 hours citing 'volume checks.' No explanation why a routine payout needed manual review after meeting all KYC requirements.

GV

Wanted to analyze yield curve patterns before the Fed decision but the graphing tools are worse than Excel 2003.

How do you offer rate markets without log scales?

BS

Signet made me upload four different ID types for a $50 bet.

Took three attempts before their system stopped rejecting perfectly clear documents.

SH

Tried putting £5 on that hyped IPO date from my phone - the mobile site kept freezing when confirming orders.

My trade went through three hours later at a much worse price. Wouldn't recommend trading on the go.

LK

Waited three days for support to explain why my $500 position on the central bank rate cut market wasn’t showing in my history.

Finally got a generic ‘check your email’ reply that didn’t address the issue. For a platform that prides itself on speed, their customer service moves like a glacier.

A

The market wording was ambiguous - a World Cup group stage market said 'advance' without specifying if that meant first place or top two.

When it resolved as top two, I lost $100 on a position that would've been profitable under first-place rules. Signet needs clearer definitions before markets open, ideally with example resolutions.

AK

Friend said the tools were great but I couldn't even zoom in on the UK cabinet resignation timeline properly.

Had to screenshot and count pixels to estimate Dominic Raab's survival probability changes hour-by-hour.

RC

Tried adjusting an Oscars position on mobile mid-ceremony—chart tools crashed three times.

Had to switch to desktop to close the trade. Lag made it impossible to react to presenter slip-ups that moved the odds. Basic stuff like order history took 8-second loads during peak traffic.

TK

Box office market paid $0.87 per share when final numbers matched the resolution criteria for $1.00 payout.

RG

Tried buying $5 of a Bitcoin outlook on my phone and the order preview showed the wrong payout twice.

Had to switch to desktop just to confirm a simple trade. Not worth troubleshooting for pocket change.

IP

Searched for twenty minutes and couldn't find a single Oscars market with sufficient volume yesterday.
